We celebrated Yoga Day in our school to promote the importance of a healthy body and a calm mind.
By practicing yoga together, we learned how simple exercises and breathing techniques can bring balance and peace in our daily lives.
It also reminded us of our ancient Indian traditions and how yoga connects us to nature, well-being, and unity.
Yoga helps students improve concentration, reduce stress, and stay physically fit.
